As a Procurement Manager, you will play a crucial role in our procurement process, focusing on reviewing, negotiating, and processing various contract types with precision and efficiency. You will engage with internal stakeholders, gather necessary data, and ensure accuracy throughout the contract lifecycle. Additionally, you will facilitate project management and communication, identifying opportunities for process enhancement and alignment with organizational goals.
What will my day-to-day look like?
- Review, redline, draft, negotiation, and processing of multiple contract types
- Engage with the internal business partners to gather required data for sourcing projects or other initiatives
- Ensure detailed accuracy of contract / project information and data content in the systems
- Train & provide appropriate guidance on contracting principles and processes.
- Facilitate integration of select supplier information into relevant information systems
- Multi-task processing of high-volume contracts
What do I need to apply?
- Advanced contract management/negotiation experience
- Proficiency in strategic procurement and supply chain lifecycle
- Eight (8+) years of contract lifecycle management experience preferred
- Degree in business, finance, procurement, or related field advantageous
