Job Detail:

• Key Account Executive (Air Freight) (40K-50K) (SDG-103617)
• เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายบัญชีหลัก (ขนส่งสินค้าทางอากาศ)-
• Responsible for daily communication and contact with customers, establishing and maintaining good cooperation relationships, and conducting regular visits and receptions.
• Manage specific KPI indicators for customers and Assist in enhancing and improving services.
• Organize internal operational department discussions on improving Customer KPI requirements on a regular basis.
• Update market information and industry conditions Regularly, and explore opportunities for quoting and developing new businesses.
• Responsible for the pre-implementation work of the entire new project, follow up on the project to ensure the correct implementation of internal operations.
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.- รับผิดชอบในการสื่อสารรายวันและการติดต่อกับลูกค้า การสร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ความร่วมมือที่ดี และดำเนินการเข้าพบและการต้อนรับเป็นประจำ
• จัดการตัวชี้วัด KPI เฉพาะสำหรับลูกค้าและช่วยเหลือในการปรับปรุงและปรับปรุงบริการ
• จัดการอภิปรายฝ่ายปฏิบัติการภายในเกี่ยวกับการปรับปรุงข้อกำหนด KPI ของลูกค้าเป็นประจำ
• อัปเดตข้อมูลการตลาดและสภาวะอุตสาหกรรมอย่างสม่ำเสมอ และสำรวจโอกาสในการเสนอราคาและพัฒนาธุรกิจใหม่
• รับผิดชอบงานก่อนการดำเนินการของโครงการใหม่ทั้งหมด ติดตามโครงการเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าการดำเนินการภายในถูกต้อง
• ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้า
• Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 27 - 35 years old- Bachelor's degree
• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics & Freight Forwarding or related field.
• 4 years of experience as sale in Logistics, Shipping, Airline, Freight Forwarder business.
• Good command in English (communication with Chinese management and documents)
• Proficient in MS-office (Excel, Word, and Power Point)
• Possess certain business negotiation skills, able to independently write project proposals and Communicate with customers.
• Professional planning, organization, and implementation control capabilities.
• Able to work with multi-tasks simultaneously and under pressure.- Preferably with working experience and knowledge in Multinational logistics.
• Chinese speaking skill
• Import & Export knowledge is advantage.

• มีความเชี่ยวชาญใน MS-office (Excel, Word และ Power Point)
• มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรองทางธุรกิจ สามารถเขียนข้อเสนอโครงการและสื่อสารกับลูกค้าได้อย่างอิสระ
• ความสามารถในการวางแผน การจัดองค์กร และการควบคุมการดำเนินการอย่างมืออาชีพ
