DESIGNATION : Senior Product Manager (melisten)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive and manage the product roadmap to meet market demands and strategic priorities.
- Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, including defining and writing product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including UX, Engineering, and Marketing to develop the product and grow adoption.
- Continuously monitor and analyze product performance, customer feedback, and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Design and oversee A/B tests to evaluate the impact of various product changes. Analyze test results and make data-driven decisions to improve product performance.
- Conduct ongoing competitive research and analysis to identify market trends, track competitors' product offerings and strategies, and highlight opportunities for product improvements.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree with at least 4-6 years' experience in product management, consulting, or related fields
- Excellent communication and listening skills. Be able to concisely articulate complex ideas and present them to varied stakeholders
- An expert practitioner of Agile product development principles
- Proven experience building and managing consumer-facing digital products & services
- Strong understanding of the digital landscape and innovation trends
- Understanding of market and consumer research and deriving data/research driven consumer insights
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and related technology
- Knowledge and experience using product management tools e.g. JIRA
- Experienced in user-centered design processes and analysis tools
- Prior startup and/or entrepreneurial experience a plus
- Previous experience in a large publisher and consulting firm an advantage
- Excellent time and project management skills, able to manage multiple projects with varying schedules simultaneously
