DESIGNATION : Senior Product Manager (melisten)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive and manage the product roadmap to meet market demands and strategic priorities.
  • Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, including defining and writing product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including UX, Engineering, and Marketing to develop the product and grow adoption.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze product performance, customer feedback, and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Design and oversee A/B tests to evaluate the impact of various product changes. Analyze test results and make data-driven decisions to improve product performance.
  • Conduct ongoing competitive research and analysis to identify market trends, track competitors' product offerings and strategies, and highlight opportunities for product improvements.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree with at least 4-6 years' experience in product management, consulting, or related fields
  • Excellent communication and listening skills. Be able to concisely articulate complex ideas and present them to varied stakeholders
  • An expert practitioner of Agile product development principles
  • Proven experience building and managing consumer-facing digital products & services
  • Strong understanding of the digital landscape and innovation trends
  • Understanding of market and consumer research and deriving data/research driven consumer insights
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and related technology
  • Knowledge and experience using product management tools e.g. JIRA
  • Experienced in user-centered design processes and analysis tools
  • Prior startup and/or entrepreneurial experience a plus
  • Previous experience in a large publisher and consulting firm an advantage
  • Excellent time and project management skills, able to manage multiple projects with varying schedules simultaneously
