Operations Executive

Minimum requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in product development, project management, event promotion, corporate relations, sales and/or marketing- Fluent in English and another language-
• Tertiary education, eg bachelor's degree, diploma, professional qualification or equivalent- Effective and confident communicator- Good commercial awareness and understanding of the market- Valid driving license and own vehicleKey responsibilities
• Ensuring that all repair appointments are completed in a correct, cost effective and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements- Improving operational systems, processes and best practices that guarantee organisational well-being- Implement and maintain internal control system and the relevant personnel policies, procedures and guidance- Purchasing materials, planning inventory and ensuring logístical efficiency- Contributing towards the achievement of strategic and operational objectives- Examining financial data or information and using them to improve profitability
