The Role:
Key Responsibilities:

• System Maintenance and Optimization: Oversee and enhance logístical software systems, ensuring optimal functionality across inventory management and shipping operations.
• E-Commerce Operations Management: Collaborate with the digital operations team to refine and improve the e-commerce ordering and fulfillment process.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct comprehensive data analysis to inform strategic decision-making, optimizing operational efficiency and performance.
• Vendor and Partner Management: Manage relationships with suppliers, courier services, and technology partners to ensure service quality and cost-efficiency.
• Customer Experience Oversight: Coordinate with customer service teams to resolve order-related issues promptly, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement innovative solutions and technological advancements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
• A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a relevant field is required.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in logistics, supply chain management, or e-commerce operations is essential.
• Proficiency in logistics software, e-commerce platforms, and data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Previous experience in the vape industry or a similar sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
