This role will work closely with the Senior HR Advisor and will partner with the business to provide HR advisory expertise.
Day to day you could expect to work on:
- Providing HR and ER advice to business
- Recruitment and onboarding
- Ensuring compliance with HR policy and procedures
- HR administration including analytics and reporting
- Supporting HR projects
Proven experience in providing HR advice to business required combined with a strong understanding of NZ employment law.
