Cart Fleet Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Cart Fleet Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of our golf cart fleet. The Cart Fleet Manager will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our golf operations department, contributing to the overall guest experience at our club.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the golf cart fleet, including scheduling, maintenance, and cleanliness.
  • Coordinate with Superintendent to ensure adequate cart availability for members and guests.
  • Implement and enforce cart usage policies to promote safety and preserve course conditions.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on all golf carts, coordinating repairs as necessary.
  • Keep detailed records of cart maintenance, repairs, and usage to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Train and supervise cart attendants to ensure efficient and courteous service to members and guests.
  • Monitor inventory levels of cart supplies and coordinate restocking as needed.
  • Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving cart fleet efficiency and reducing operational costs.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in golf course operations or fleet management preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of golf cart maintenance and repair techniques.
  • Familiarity with golf course etiquette and regulations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Valid driver's license
  • Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.
