Receptionist Supervisor

The Royal Golf Club-Riffa, Bahrain

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the reception area, including managing guest inquiries, reservations, and check-ins/check-outs.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise reception staff to ensure they deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline front desk operations and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and guest information.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate guest services and special events.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling, inventory management, and report generation.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in hospitality or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in computer software such as MS Office and hotel management systems.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Knowledge of golf or a passion for the sport is a plus.
