Responsibilities:

  • Key Account Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and technology requirements.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Develop account strategies and action plans to maximize revenue growth and expand business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement effective sales strategies, objectives, and sales plans for the assigned territory.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential clients, market trends, and new business opportunities.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and solutions to effectively communicate their value propositions to clients.
  • Set ambitious sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and provide regular reports to sales management.
  • Consultative Sales and Solution Development:

  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis and gather client requirements to develop tailored system integration solutions.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to design comprehensive and innovative solutions that address client challenges and align with their business goals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to showcase the value of the proposed solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements, ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies.
  • Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Relationship Building and Networking:

  • Build a strong network of industry contacts, attending relevant conferences, trade shows, and networking events.

  • Establish relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations to position our company as a trusted advisor and preferred partner.
  • Leverage existing client relationships to generate referrals and identify new business opportunities.
  • Make onsite visits to new prospects.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork:

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, procurement team, finance team and technical experts, to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Provide feedback and insights from clients to internal teams, contributing to product development, service improvements, and market positioning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in consultative sales and account management within the system integration industry.
  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar field within the Information Technology and Telecommunications industry.
  • Strong understanding of system integration technologies, and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships with key clients, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Riverbed certification is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience working on riverbed solutions.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities, overcome challenges, and drive revenue growth.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using sales tools to manage accounts, track sales activities, and generate reports.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet, and exceed targets.
  • Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
