Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for expansion in the Sanitaryware industry
- Business Development: Lead the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities, fostering relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry stakeholders
- Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to maximize individual and collective success
- Strategic Partnerships: Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with suppliers, manufacturers, and other relevant entities to strengthen the company's position in the Sanitaryware market
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Budget Management: Oversee the Sanitaryware business unit's budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and financial performance
- Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs), regularly reporting progress and implementing corrective actions as necessary
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in sales and business development, with at least 3 years in a senior management role within the Sanitaryware industry
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Sanitaryware market, trends, and competitive landscape
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious business objectives
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and strong negotiation skills to secure favorable partnerships
- Results-driven: A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
