Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Analysis and Planning:

Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
Develop and update the company's strategic plan, aligning it with market dynamics and company goals.
Collaborate with senior management to define long-term vision and objectives.

Gather and analyze data from various sources to inform strategic decisions.
Provide insights on competitors, market conditions, and technology advancements.
Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports.

Engage with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment of strategic initiatives.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather inputs for strategy development.
Present strategic proposals and progress updates to senior management and other stakeholders.

Oversee strategic projects from conception to completion.
Ensure projects align with the overall strategy and deliver the intended outcomes.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of strategic initiatives.

Monitor the implementation of strategic plans and adjust as necessary.
Recommend improvements to existing processes and strategies.
Stay updated on industry best practices and new strategic planning methodologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Proven experience in strategic planning, business analysis, or a similar role within the IT sector.
Scrum Master Experience will be an added advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies.
Ability to think creatively and innovatively.

Pay: E£35,000.00 - E£50,000.00 per month
