We are looking for an "Social Media Specialist’’ to actively participate in Marketing activities, to be assigned in the "Marketing Department" at our office located in Kağıthane, Istanbul.

Qualifications
Having a good knowledge and ability to use Photoshop is a necessity.
Plan Social Media Strategy:Develop and document annual and monthly social media plans aligned with the
company’s goals.
Update Digital Media Templates:Regularly review and update templates used for digital media platforms to ensure they remain current and effective.
Create Brand-aligned Social Media Concepts:Design and implement social media concepts that reflect the brand identity,
ensuring consistency across all channels.
Coordinate Photoshoots:Organize photoshoots for operations, fields, employees, and events. Archive the content for future use in company advertising materials and media outlets.
Prepare Social Media Content:Generate content for various social media platforms, working in collaboration with the marketing team to ensure it fits within the overall social media
calendar.
Gather Information for Posts:Coordinate with relevant departments to collect necessary information for
upcoming social and digital posts.
Monitor and Increase Web Visibility:Keep track of website updates and execute campaigns aimed at boosting thecompany’s online visibility. Provide both ad-hoc and quarterly reports
analyzing the performance of shared content.
Create and Edit Content:Assist in the creation and editing process of written, video, and photo
content intended for social media use.Track Industry Trends:Regularly monitor social media channels and the digital landscape for emerging
trends, adapting the company’s social media strategy as needed.
Engage in All Related Tasks:Take an active role in all tasks related to the field of work, ensuring that all job requirements are met with diligence and enthusiasm.
RESPONSIBILITIES;
Full control of all social media.(Instagram, Tiktok, Pinterest etc.)
Creating content by using Photoshop, Illustratitor to align brand's identity.
- Timing and monitoring of posts and stories to match prime time.
- Management of DMs, and captions, ensuring coordination with campaigns.
- Development of annual or bi-annual social media planning.
- Archiving of social media shares.
- Ensure that content templates(stories) are all aligned
- Weekly content production and creating moodboard concepts.
- Providing weekly visual support to the team
- Weekly social media reporting.
- Monitoring trends and conducting social media competitor analysis.
- Weekly content sharing on Instagram, Tiktok and Pinterest.
- Blog writing for Seo
- Weekly sharing of lifestyle content and visuals for posts grid layout
- Planning mini-shootings with the marketing team and create concepts.
- Contacting bloggers and stylists via DM, updating the sheet accordingly.
