You as Tele Lead Generator are responsible for generating outbound demand and drive revenue by being in touch with existing and prospect customers. The job will be located in Istanbul and will have an opportunity to work from our nice office and home.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Execute daily outbound calls and follow up on the marketing campaigns
• Generate sales opportunities and support the sales team with these new projects
• Achieve targets of the role with respect to the number of calls, connections, quality, and leads generated
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internally with the sales team and other departments
• Enter and / or update records from customer calls in the Customer Relation Management (CRM) system
• Participate in weekly review meetings with the team and Marketing Manager
• Search for new potential calling resources

The essential requirements of the job include:

• University degree
• Excellent at building relationships
• Experience in call centers or a customer facing role
• Motivated and able to work autonomously while being a good team player
