OVERVIEW
The pay range for this highly skilled and experienced Marketing Coordinator is between $50-65K annually. Starting wage for the Marketing Coordinator is based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position being offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the marketing team in the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns and initiatives. This role involves coordinating various tasks to ensure seamless implementation of marketing strategies and contributing to the overall success of marketing efforts. The Marketing Coordinator will also leverage various social media platforms to create compelling content, manage community interactions, and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (online and offline).
- Maintain content calendars and schedules for various marketing channels.
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives and brand voice.
- Create engaging and shareable content for social media platforms, including text, image, video, and interactive formats.
- Develop content calendars and schedules to maintain a consistent posting frequency.
- Manage social media accounts and assist in developing social media strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform strategy development.
- Support the planning and in-person execution of events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Attend all events hosted or sponsored by Construction Resources.
- Assist in analyzing marketing and social media performance metrics.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Construction Resources sales team, product development, and design to ensure alignment and consistency in pricing initiatives and messaging.
- Manage Construction Resources company store (with Black Rock Branding).
- Management and distribution of Construction Resources marketing materials.
- Foster positive relationships with external vendors and partners.
- Oversee administrative tasks related to marketing projects and social media initiatives.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years’ previous experience as a Marketing Coordinator or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Strong organization and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in marketing software/tools and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to multi-task and work within specified deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, self-directed environment.
- 1-3 years’ experience in customer service and construction industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-5 years’ previous experience as a Marketing Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Familiarity with industry trends and best practices.
- Proven proficiency with Canva Management tools.
- Knowledge of relevant software tools for event planning.
