Job Overview:
We are currently seeking to hire a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as the **Head of Sales **in a Real Estate company. The Head of Sales will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to drive revenue growth, meet targets, and enhance the overall performance of our sales operations. This individual will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to the sales team, including recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management.
- Set clear sales targets and objectives, and develop strategies to achieve them effectively.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the sales team, encouraging teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align sales activities with overall business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, real estate agents, brokers, and other industry stakeholders.
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to closing and beyond.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of sales efforts.
- Monitor sales performance against targets, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing real estate sales.
- Implement effective risk management practices to mitigate potential legal, financial, and reputational risks.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven track record of success in real estate sales, with at least 5 of experience in a senior leadership role.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Proficiency in sales management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₦400,000.00 - ₦500,000.00 per month
