Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
Proactively identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, referrals, and online platforms.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Present properties that meet clients' criteria, providing accurate and detailed information to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, brokers, and other industry professionals to generate referrals and repeat business.
Property Marketing and Promotion:
Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to showcase properties and attract potential buyers or tenants.
- Coordinate property viewings, open houses, and virtual tours to showcase the features and benefits of available properties.
- Create compelling property listings, brochures, and promotional materials to highlight key selling points and generate interest.
Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate terms of sale or lease agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable outcomes for all parties involved.
- Provide expert guidance and advice to clients throughout the negotiation process, addressing any concerns or objections effectively.
- Facilitate the preparation and execution of sales contracts, leases, and other legal documents in compliance with relevant regulations.
Market Research and Analysis:
Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitive landscape to advise clients on investment opportunities and market conditions.
- Conduct comparative market analysis (CMA) to determine the optimal pricing strategy for properties and advise clients accordingly.
- Monitor industry developments and emerging trends to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, property listings, and sales activities using CRM software or other relevant tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, legal, and finance, to ensure smooth transaction processes and timely completion of deals.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for management to track sales performance and evaluate business growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience in Real Estate is mandatory
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales targets and exceed client expectations.
- Familiarity with CRM software, MLS listings, and other relevant tools and technologies.

Salary: ₦300,000.00 - ₦400,000.00 per month
