Manages all current business activities in each of the regions.
- Leads business development, marketing and customers’ educational process and activities in regional locations.
- Delivers Post-Harvest Management Educational Training workshop in regional locations.
- Recruits, Trains and Equips of ColdHubs Sales Personnel (Hub Operators) in regional locations.
- Sets up Advertisements/Vacancies, for the employment of Sales Personnel (Hub Operators) once technical works, commences within a site.
- Collates daily sales reports from Hub Operators, aggregates daily sales report into weekly report for Finance department and for other purposes.
- Conducts daily supervision/check-ins/calls with all Sales Personnel (Hub Operators) within the region.
- Quickly arranges or replaces a Sales Personnel (Hub Operator).
- Recommends Sales Personnel (Hub Operators) to management, for disciplinary actions.
- Recruits, Trains and Equips ColdHubs Market Canvassers in regional locations.
- Support the iteration of all marketing initiatives.
- Implement new marketing initiatives within the region.
- Lead regional sales.
- Implement strategies to increase regional sales.
- Increase the value of for all regional current customers.
- Identify and reach out to new regional customers.
- Organize regular interactive meetings and engagements with customers within the region.
- Foster and develop relationships with all customers within the region.
- Implement strong after-sales support.
- Implement strategies to meet the needs of the customers.
