Preferred Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally with specific security experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to interact with a diverse range of individuals
- Strong observational skills, attention to detail, and ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations
- Reliability, confidence, and physical fitness
- Availability to work flexible hours, including at least 1 weekend day
Preferred Qualifications:
- Valid Green COA Security License is desirable; support provided to obtain one if eligible
- Applicants should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa
