Te Whiwhinga Mahi| The Opportunity**
This role is a critical role as you are the primary system administrator for the Chorus Salesforce platform, providing BAU support, expertise and administration for technology and business initiatives. You will be working closely with both business and technical teams to design, configure and deploy Salesforce solutions.
There are three key elements to your role:
Salesforce Operational Administration:
- Serve as the primary system admin for Chorus Salesforce Environment;
- Provide Incident Management 24/7 as required - Analyze, repair / triage and actively monitor Salesforce issues through to resolution;
- Manage Salesforce Releases to ensure all parties are actively engaged;
- Create and manage user accounts, designing and implementing custom objects and fields, building automation processes with workflows and processes;
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements;
- Build strong working relationships across your internal and external stakeholders;
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into data and processes;
Strategic Alignment:
- Stay updated on new features and best practices within the Salesforce ecosystem to support any improvements;
- Leverage Salesforce technology to improve efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness across the organization.
Ō *Wheako, ō Pūkenga | Your Experience*
To be successful in this role, you will have likely worked as a Salesforce Administrator. Alternatively, you may hold a Salesforce Admin (ADM201) certificate, with mínimal working experience, which we’re also open to as well. We work in agile practices and principles therefore working knowledge in this way of working would be helpful as you navigate through Chorus’ landscape.
