Oranga Whānau Kaimahi

We're currently on the lookout for skilled kaimahi to strengthen our integrated services for whānau. This is a fulltime opportunity, where you will deliver wrap-around support in the mental health and wellbeing space. Our Oranga Whānau kaimahi operate as mobile clinicians, working across a number of key programmes throughout the community.

Your role will involve connecting with whānau to identify their unique wellbeing needs and crafting customized recovery plans that draw from a strengths-based perspective. Your work will mirror the hopes and dreams of the whānau, as you construct a comprehensive network of care and support, covering all angles.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong commitment to Te Reo me ōna tikanga.
  • Level 4 Mental Health & Wellbeing Certificate or similar.
  • Prior experience working with whānau or community agencies.
  • Demonstrated clinical assessment, facilitation, & planning skills.
  • Ability to work across multiple services in adult/youth mental health.
  • Clean, Full NZ Drivers License essential for local travel.
