We are seeking a Public Affairs Manager who will not back down in the face of challenge, who is ready to try new things and is ready to make history together with the rest of the team at Lalamove. Life at Lalamove is fast-paced and thrilling, and we are constantly doing things no one has ever done before. This person will manage and engage different stakeholders such as government authorities, non-governmental organizations, and business chambers strategies to amplify validated learnings across Thailand markets.
Responsibilities:
- Daily client communication with customers.
- Arrange and monitor daily delivery schedules, follow up on ad hoc requests.
- Solving daily delivery issues with a most efficient.
- Assist in Planning, coordinating and implementing different driver motivation.
- Preparing the route of delivery and daily report with business customer.
Qualifications:
- Degree in any field (Fresh graduates are welcome)
- Able to use Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Self-motivated, passionate, a good team player with a positive and can-do working attitude
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken Thai & English
