- May act as the primary contact and advisor for some clients, but typically is an active member of client and/or deal teams. Working in this context with more senior staff, pro-actively generates ideas and solutions to meet client needs. Associates at this level continue to develop both product skills and client relationship skills. Individuals in this role are third-year Vice Presidents.
- Build, acquire, and maintain strong global relationship with a portfolio of large and complex Thailand headquartered corporate and financial institution clients.
- Be a trusted advisor to client across their corporate finance and risk management needs.
- Work closely with product partners to develop tailored solutions across capital market, financing, market risk management and global payments/treasury services.
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities with a view to expanding the bank’s client base
- Actively drive Corporate Banking revenue growth from but not limited to loan, trade, leasing, cash / liquidity management, capital markets, FX/Interest Rates/Commodities hedging solutions.
- Proactively work with Senior Coverage, Product Partners, Risk, Credit, Legal and other internal stakeholders to execute on business opportunities in line with BofA’s responsible growth strategy.
- Actively monitor overall portfolio performance, develop client plans as well as ensuring timely risk identification and mitigation.
- Support the senior members of the team in ad hoc projects and activities as and when required.
Requirements:
- University degree holder with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience.
- Solid credit and relationship management background with good working knowledge of transaction banking, treasury & global markets products.
- Have experience working in an international environment and cross border relationship management.
- Strong business development and selling skills.
- Highly motivated, eager to accept new challenges and able to work under pressure.
- Strong ability to multitask with a keen eye for detail, cope with competing client situations and tight deadlines.
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Excellent command in written and spoken English and Thai.
