Account Manager for a Hilton Hotel Brand

We are hiring an Account Manager for a Hilton property in Thailand to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.

Job description & Requirements:

  • Responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports.
  • Account Managers also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service and Product Development departments) to improve the entire customer experience.

Experience:

  • Proven experienced as an Account Manager(preferably with Hotel/Hospitality experience)
  • Must be willing to relocate to Thailand
  • Minimum 5+ years experience
  • Any Nationality May apply

Salary: ฿2.00 - ฿3.00 per month
