หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- Build, train and lead sales teams.
- Define goals and strategies for Sales Manager to achieve their target
- Coaches in direct advice about sales process or sales mentality.
- Planning, organizing, and coordinating all Sales activities in order to achieve sales target. Manage together with the Country Director on the company Profit and Loss statement.
- Review sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement.

- Minimum 5 years of experiences in Sales Management
- Flexible to work a team schedule which will include weekends and upcountry.
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Strong sales and analytical knowledge.
- Able to communicate in English.
