Our client is a leader in têxtile manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating closely with upper management, all factory departments and in some cases global corporate teams to ensure product manufacturing design, production and shipping targets are met.
- Establishing project plans for training for cross-functional development teams to complete tasks, milestones, resources and ship date targets.
- Partnering with the global team to anticipate, identify and provide communication of any challenges or red flags in production and planning processes and determine solutions or alternate procedures for success.
- Scheduling production process and employee tasks.
- Updating production guidelines or processes as necessary.
- Ensuring all finished products meet quality and product specifications as designed.
- Managing multiple personalities on the production floor
- Managing multiple SKUs in production at one time.
- Ensuring all safety requirements are followed.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in têxtile, fabric, and plushie manufacturing.
- A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, têxtile, management, business or manufacturing is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in product and project manufacturing.
- Strong proactive leadership skills with the ability to problem solve.
- Proficiency (spoken and written) in English and Thai preferred.
- Handles changing priorities effectively and efficiently.
- Can work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage and complete projects on time.
- Travel may be required.
