As member of the global Employee Experience Management Team, you will be part of our HR IT organization to oversee the technical activities all around the world to ensure the feedback of our employees is not just counted but does count.

Our team is looking for a Global Application Specialist *for our Employee Experience platform (currently based on Qualtrics).*

Join our dynamic and multicultural Global Business Services organization in Lisbon, assuming the following responsibilities:

  • Guarantee the smooth running of the experience management platform (Qualtrics) in close collaboration with the IT Team;
  • Plan and manage the further development of the platform (regular releases/ sprints) aligned with the Owner and IT Team;
  • Responsible for new internal requirements to be analyzed, implemented and documented;
  • Ensure the compliance topics of the platform such as anonymization, authorization and deletion are regularly reviewed, adapted to new needs, and documented;
  • Manage Maintenance and Support activities of the global team;
  • Run and review related processes, optimize where required;
  • Support with detective controls, audit checks if needed;
  • Exchange with external providers on regular basis;
  • Coordination of stakeholders and close collaboration with countries and other Experience Management Coordinators.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business management or related field;
  • Analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making;
  • 3+ years of IT experience;
  • Experience of managing cloud-based solution in enterprises would be an asset;
  • Experience in Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, NLP would be an asset;
  • Strong combined knowledge and experience with:

  • Atlassian Jira and Confluence;

  • SharePoint and MS Office;
  • Experience/Feedback Solutions;
  • Ability to manage and work collaboratively and cohesively in a Global Team environment;
  • Ability to coordinate and steer diverse program with internal and external stakeholders.
