Parsons is looking for a *Traffic Manager *to join our team in Riyadh! In this role you will manage the day to day traffic engineering duties on all ongoing projects such as traffic operations analysis, TIS tasks. Studies traffic engineering problems. Designs plans for safe control and flow of traffic.
Ensures layouts are produced following traffic management standards, supervising engineers as and when required.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Manages and coordinates the work between the lead engineers and CADD team.
- Executes all the Highway /Traffic design standards
- Completes a variety of assignments such as drawings, specifications, and other materials suitable for procurement and construction purposes, utilizing CAE/CAD as applicable.
- Prepares standard engineering computations, material quality takeoffs, estimates, surveys, and designs.
- Prepares and issues specifications, data sheets, and other construction documents.
- Provides input and technical guidance to CAD Designer/Drafters, Designers, and lower-level Engineers working on the same project.- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- BSc Engineering with 15 years of construction and engineering experience specifically Traffic Engineering/ Management on construction projects is required.
- Preferably be experienced in construction of logistics assets (roads, infrastructure, site perimeter assets) and be experienced working in live traffic environments with solid traffic engineering experience
- Excellent communication skill including presentations to senior leaders
