Plans, directs, organizes and coordinates the overall activities and functions of the Maintenance Department to achieve its mission, goals and objectives and to enhance its existing systems, process and productivities.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Directs, evaluates designs, implements plans and makes recommendations for all construction and renovation proposals/projects from an operational/financial point of view
Oversees the execution of the projects from start to completion and ensures the accomplishment in accordance with specification drawings and contract documents.
Performs continuous review of the maintenance programs to ensure continuity of hospital service and minimize systems and equipment downtime.
Directs, evaluates designs, implements plans and makes recommendations for all construction and renovation proposals/projects from an operational/financial point of view.
Provides central leadership in management for decision making and establishes guidance in administering responsive objectives/goals of the Maintenance Department.
Directs the activities of department personnel to ensure optimum manpower utilization.
Ensure compliance of the Maintenance program with the Hospital accreditation standards; (CBAHI, JCI, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 etc.).
Manages and makes decisions on functional and administrative day-to-day activities regarding the Maintenance operations at the Hospital.
Education:
Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or any related discipline is required.
Experience Required:
Nine (9) years of related experience with Master’s, or eleven (11) years with Bachelor’s Degree, including four (4) years in a senior/ supervisory capacity is required.

Saudi Nationals Only.
Certified of Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is required for Engineer
