Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Shop Assistant to join our team. As a Shop Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our shop. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Interested? Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with their inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop floor
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and restocking merchandise
- Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Prior experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
