Descrição
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of master construction schedule in MS Project.
- Monitor overall site progress
- Coordination of work activities (all trades)
- Review construction drawings prior implementation
- Main personnel to liaise with consultants, authorities, client, subcons
- Instruct, assist, review drafter's preparation of shop-drawings
- Notify and give QS the full scope and description of the VOs including quantities
- Evaluate subcon claims based on actual site progress
Requirements:
- Experience working in main contractor company
- Experience in landed properties.
- Required skill(s): AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project.
- Able to work independently
