Barista

C45 Artisan Brewery is seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Barista to join our team at our busy coffee shop. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and other beverages, such as espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and teas
• Ensure the quality and consistency of all drinks served
• Maintain knowledge of all products, including ingredients and brewing methods
• Take customer orders and handle payments accurately
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service at all times
• Keep the coffee shop clean and organized, including the coffee bar, seating areas, and restrooms
• Restock and replenish supplies as needed
• Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experience
• Continuously strive to improve and expand your knowledge and skills as a barista

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role
• Knowledge of coffee and espresso beverages, brewing techniques, and latte art
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Salary: BD240.000 - BD260.000 per month
