Major responsibilities will be as below:
- Supervise the inspection crew team (diver team) from the barge.
- Quality cycle checks have been done on site as per approved QA/QC plan and ITP.
- Ensure the material delivered on site to be used in construction activity has been approved by the Contractor before installation.
- Stop unsafe works and escalate up through the construction team and HSE department until adequate resolution of the issue has been achieved.
- Appoint competent persons to undertake key safety or environmental roles including training as required.
- Establish risk assessment process and implement for production, approval, communication, implementation & monitoring.
- Carry out regular site inspections and surveillance to ensure that the documented Quality procedures are followed.
- Assist and support the Project Manager and Works/Construction Manager to implement and maintain, standards and procedures.
