Job Summary
SAS Global are currently hiring for a design director with experience within roads and utilities for a leading consultancy to be based at Neom, KSA.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the design for a section of Neom that includes all infrastructure - Roads, Utilities & Highways.
- Establishing a strong working relationship with clients and key stakeholders
- Developing the delivery strategy guiding the design management and all construction activities
- Ensure that the approved project’s plans (execution plan, quality plan, safety plan, etc.) are being adhered to and implemented
- Ensure the efficiency and quality of the construction work to meet program objectives and in budget.
- Maintains first-level quality assurance to confirm that all work is in accordance with the plans, specifications, and industry standards.
Manage client requirements advising on all technical design engineering and related issues.
Requirements:Minimum of overall 25 years of design & technical experience with at least 15 in leadership of mega infrastructure projects.
- Must be degree and/or masters degree qualified in engineering or infrastructure from an accredited university - Must be fluent in English both written and spoken
- Must have worked in a director and senior leadership position - overseeing all technical infrastructure
- Prior GCC experience preferred.
