AtkinsRealis are looking for a Design Manager in Riyadh, KSA with specialization in high end signature museums, exhibition spaces, and commercial offices.
About AtkinsRéalis
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, those listed below:
- Strong background in managing design projects, particularly in signature architect-designed museum/exhibition spaces and high-end commercial offices.
- Demonstrate proficiency in BIM software, end of stage reporting, deliverables verification, contract obligations checking, sample and material review management
- * Experience working on projects in Saudi Arabia is preferred.*
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Engineering
- 10+ years full time paid professional experience managing the facilities design, or the planning and coordination of capital projects that included the overall design, contract administration, cost estimating, and scheduling activities
- 5+ years of this experience preferred to be in the region
- Ability to build consensus among multiple stakeholders
- Active leadership style
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Architecture or Engineering
- Experience with LEED/GSA
