The Role
To fulfill the requirements of manual operation in a particular area.
This could be:
1) Assisting in the packing process reorientation of bread going into barmarker and slicer, inspecting product, removing waste, building pallets, refeeding product, filling cases, labelling packs, moving pallets, working in Pre Pack area.
2) Assisting in the bakery preparing ingredients, cleaning proover boards as the pass round the circuit, repositioning or fixing dough
3) General cleaning duties in any part of the production facility
About You
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule.
