HR L & D Co-Ordinator / Motor Industry / Dublin West - E8393
Our client is a prestigious motor company seeking a HR L & D Co-Ordinator to support both the Learning and Development and HR. Salary: Circa €45K doe plus benefits.
The Role:
- Assist with the delivery, implementation, and management of identified strategic objectives as specified in strategic plan.
- Facilitating training needs analysis in order to identify learning priorities across the organisation.
- Management of the organisational learning and development plan.
- Co-ordination of the education assistance process and external training process. This will include assistance with H&S related training and records.
- Designing and delivering core organisational in-house training programmes as identified through training needs analysis and utilising a range of media to ensure successful outcomes.
- Accurate management and maintenance of the various L&D and HR records including handling and maintaining accurate colleague records.
- Formulation and development of plans, procedures and programmes to meet specific learning needs as identified in the organisational learning and development plan.
- Support the HR department to develop continuous learning and development capabilities in line with strategic business objectives.
- Co-ordinating projects within the Learning and Development Department as required.
- Administer and support the functioning of the Learner Management Systems.
- Providing input into the co-ordination and management of engagement and change initiatives.
- Any other projects/duties as they arise.
- Work closely with the L&D Manager and HR Manager
- Broad experience in the area of training, learning and development.
- Strong experience in the HR field would be desirable - (Knowledge of Employment Law)
- Excellent communication, coaching and interpersonal skills.
- Good commercial awareness with a good understanding of best practice in sales processes and systems.
- Self-motivated and self-confident, with the ability to work on own initiative.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to adapt and facilitate different styles.
- Excellent communication skills including listening skills and creative problem-solving skills.
- Data literate with good IT and analytical skills, and high level of attention to detail.
- The ability to influence and gain the respect of our Dealer network.
- Adaptable and flexible to changing technologies, processes, and environments.
