We are hiring a CNM2: Outpatient Cancer Centre for a Private Hospital in Dublin, Ireland. We will provide exceptional patient care in an environment where quality, respect, caring, and compassion are at the center of all we do.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides access to safe equipment and adequate supplies in an efficiently arranged physical environment that demonstrates care.
- Assists the Cancer Service and Hospital in achieving their goals by providing leadership and direction to staff at the Outpatient Cancer Centre.
- Identifies appropriate internal controls for the department; provides mechanisms to monitor and enforce compliance.
- Operates and participates in continuous quality improvement and risk management programs at the unit level.
- Enhances the collegial consultant-nursing relationship recognising the value in the development of a respectful working environment.
Requirements:
- Should have a valid NMBI PIN.
- Should hold a postgraduate qualification in Oncology Nursing.
- Hold a post-graduate degree in management.
- A minimum of five years of clinical experience plus two years of progressive management experience is required.
- It is preferred that you have three years of experience in Oncology, Haematology, or Palliative Care.

Salary: €25,484.65-€79,441.40 per year
