Systems Program Manager Responsibilities:
- Understand problems, policies, and risks, with the ability to effectively translate them into scaled technical solutions that improve support and product experiences
- Develop technical roadmaps and project plans to implement new systems end-to-end
- Partner closely with engineers and cross-functional stakeholders, and lead them through the planning, design, development, testing, launch, and post-launch phases of new tools and systems
- Troubleshoot issues and support engineers and stakeholders with bug fixes
- Become an expert in the Legal, Compliance, Regulatory and Support experience for users across Meta's family of apps
Minimum Qualifications:
- B.A. or B.S. degree, or international equivalent
- 3+ years of experience with end-to-end project management, product, technical, and/or operations
- Experience working with product management, engineering, software development, or similar technical teams
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional efforts across multiple time zones and functions
- Ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans
- Standout executor with attention to detail, strong organization skills, and ability to drive results
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years experience using at least one scripting or programming language (SQL, PHP, Python, Haskell)
