Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Visualizer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our visualization department, you will be responsible for producing high-quality 3D renderings and animations that accurately represent our architectural designs and concepts. You will collaborate closely with architects, designers, and clients to translate their ideas into compelling visual presentations.

Responsibilities:

• Create photorealistic 3D renderings and animations of architectural designs, interiors, and exteriors using industry-standard software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Interpret architectural drawings, sketches, and specifications to develop accurate 3D models and visualizations.
• Collaborate with architects and designers to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
• Incorporate feedback and make revisions to 3D models and renderings as necessary.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in architectural visualization techniques and software.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials, presentations, and client proposals.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our visualization processes and workflows.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, Computer Graphics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer or similar role, preferably within the architectural or design industry.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering techniques.
• Strong knowledge of Autodesk 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of high-quality 3D renderings and animations.
