Mandatory Requirements-
- 5 + years Exp in Proficiency in architectural design Principles and Practices.:
Strong knowledge of Qatar's local building codes and international building standards.:
Advanced skills in Revit software and other relevant design tools.:
Good Exposure of Utility projects.:
Bachelor’s degree in architecture.:
Expert knowledge of construction details and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.:
Architectural design process for infrastructure and utility building projects:
Should Have Valid QID & Visa:
Based in Doha Qatar.
Job Responsibilities
- Work with architectural design manager / senior architects / team.
- Attend daily calls with senior architects / team to update the status and to resolve any technical issues.
- Follow policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Initiate requirements gathering, designing, and implementing client requirements.
- Developing architecture in line with client’s needs, building’s usage, and environmental impact.
- Utilize 3D for Enhance project visualization.
- Finalize design within budgets and timelines.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: QAR11,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month
