ROLE:

  • Efficiently manage the flow of incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring accuracy in stock levels.
  • Develop and implement strategies for inventory optimization.
  • Coordinate administrative activities related to the role, including product creation and order placement.
  • Ensure order lifecycle control from creation to arrival at our warehouse (reception).
  • Monitor and maintain inventory management systems.
  • Control service levels and stock turnover.
  • Ensure optimized purchases, avoiding stockouts and reducing turnover days.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure stock integrity and meet operational needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in similar roles (preferred).
  • Analytical skills for interpreting stock data.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in service level control.
  • Experience in negotiating with suppliers.
  • Fluency in English (mandatory).
