We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist with expertise in Google and Meta Ads to optimize and expand our advertising campaigns. This role requires a combination of technical, analytical, and creative skills to drive traffic, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
- Design, implement, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) and Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
- Conduct keyword research and create targeted ad groups to optimize for conversions.
- Continuously A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and audiences to improve ROAS.
- Monitor and report on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, conversions, and overall ROAS.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop high-converting ad creatives.
- Stay updated with the latest ad platform changes, industry trends, and best practices.
- Analyse customer journey and conversion funnel to recommend strategies for remarketing and retargeting.
- Set, manage, and optimize monthly advertising budgets.
- Proactively identify opportunities for campaign improvements and scalability.
REQUERIMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics
- Exceptional analytical and data interpretation skills
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Strong knowledge of the e-commerce customer journey and sales funnels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
