We are currently looking for a Quality Manager to join our team in Lisbon.
Your mission:
- Responsible for the ISO quality certification in Portugal, liaising with all the departments involved in the certification process in maintaining its label.
- Interlocution with the group's corporate quality department, adjusting all processes and procedures to the local framework.
- Coordination of external and internal audits and support in the definition and monitoring of compliance.
- Identify "quality" alerts based on field observations and analyses;
- Participate in defining action plans following alerts and monitor their implementation.
- Act as on-site contact for compliance control or audit initiatives.
