Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a sourcing or recruitment role.
- Strong understanding of sourcing methodologies and best practices.
- Proven ability to identify and attract top talent through various channels.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to track and report on sourcing metrics.
- A passion for recruitment and a strong understanding of the EMEA job market is a plus.
