Job Title: Social Media Marketing Agent / Intern

Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:

• Develop and execute effective social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Create and curate engaging content that aligns with our clients' target audiences and brand messaging.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and ensure a positive online presence.

Content Creation:

• Craft compelling and visually appealing content, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
• Schedule and publish posts, maintaining a consistent and on-brand online presence.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of social media campaigns.
• Generate regular reports, offering insights and recommendations for optimization.

Client Relationship Management:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, needs, and branding guidelines.
• Maintain open lines of communication and proactively address any concerns.

New Client Acquisition:

• Identify potential clients who could benefit from our social media marketing services.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract new brands to sign with our agency.
• Present our agency's services and capabilities to prospective clients.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or possess a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creativity and a passion for staying updated on social media trends.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Expected hours: 25 per week
