Looking for IT Officer to join our team:
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to colleagues for IT hardware and software problems.
- Diagnose and resolve IT issues, escalating complex problems when necessary.
- Assist in the maintenance and management of IT infrastructure and devices.
- Conduct regular system checks, backups, and software updates.
- Keep records of IT equipment, licenses, and inventory.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement security measures and protocols.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Information technology or relevant academics
Minimum 4-5 years in the same field.
Strong communication and leadership skills with ability to work independently
Preferably experience in F&B Industry
Transferable residency
Driving license preferred
