Multi Unit Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Multi-Unit Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our multiple restaurant locations. Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Provide strategic direction and guidance to multiple restaurant locations to ensure operational excellence, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop high-performing restaurant managers and staff across all locations. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and growth.
  • Financial Performance: Drive revenue growth and profitability by optimizing sales, controlling costs, and managing budgets across all units. Analyze financial reports, identify trends, and implement strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Champion a culture of exceptional guest service and hospitality. Monitor guest feedback, address issues promptly, and implement initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently met or exceeded across all restaurant locations. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to food preparation, sanitation, and hygiene.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth, expand market presence, and achieve long-term success. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration among restaurant managers, staff, and corporate leadership. Keep stakeholders informed about key initiatives, performance metrics, and operational updates.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success in a multi-unit leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory management, cost control, and compliance.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve excellence.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and the ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and implement effective solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: KD500.000 - KD700.000 per month
