As a Spa Supervisor at Millennium Hotel Hail, you play a key role in the daily operations of our spa facilities. Your responsibilities include supervising the spa team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of service.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the spa team, including spa therapists, receptionists, and attendants.
- Monitor the cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of spa facilities.
- Assist guests with spa reservations, appointment scheduling, and inquiries.
- Ensure the availability of spa products, equipment, and amenities.
- Conduct regular training for the spa team to maintain service excellence.
- Maintain accurate records of spa bookings, attendance, and revenues.
- Collaborate with the Spa Manager to promote spa packages, wellness programs, and promotions.
- Address guest feedback and concerns promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Enforce safety and sanitation measures in spa areas.
- Participate in spa and wellness trends and industry best practices.
- Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to safeguard the health and safety of guests and colleagues, as well as contribute to environmental conservation.
- Adhere to the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
