About the Finance department
As Work Student Accounts Payable you will be working in the Finance department. This department is split into two teams - Business Control and Financial Control - with this role being located in the Financial Control team. This team is responsible for the company’s accounting (i.e. bookkeeping) & (consolidated) internal and external (tax) reporting and currently consists out of a Financial Controller, a Financial Accountant and four Financial Administrators and another Work Student.
Your role as Work Student Accounts Payable
In this position you will support the Accounts Payable team on day-to-day operational activities. You will work closely with the Financial Administrators Accounts Payable to ensure the correct and timely execution of the accounts payable process for all financial entities within Ampelmann. By doing so, you will get a fantastic opportunity to learn the ins and outs of financial processes in a dynamic and international organisation!
Regular activities
- Enter incoming invoices and expense claims in ERP system (Dynamics 365).
- Assist Financial Administrators with answering questions from external and internal stakeholders.
- Support the team with projects and ad-hoc tasks.
We ask
- Enrolled in vocational (MBO) or bachelor (HBO) study related to Finance, such as Financial Administration, Accounting or similar.
- Good communications skills in English and Dutch, both verbally and written.
- Proficient in using Office 356.
- Availability for a minimum of 16 hours per week for a minimum period of 6 months.

- A gross salary of EUR 16;
- per hour (all-inclusive).
- Travel reimbursement (when not in the possession of Student OV).
