KEY RESULT AREAS:
- Align, fit, and assemble component parts, using electrical/hand tools, power tools, fixtures and microscopes.
- Inspect parts for surface defects. Analyze and record test results, and prepare written testing documentation.
- Install electrical and electronic parts and hardware in housings or assemblies, using soldering equipment and hand tools.
- Read blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and technical orders to determine methods and sequences of assembly.
- There could be more jobs as per the need of work.
- Will be responsible for electrical and mechanical maintenance on rolling stock.
- To carry out routine checks to ensure train safety through a complex laptop fault diagnosis and major overhaul.
- Repair, rework, and calibrate hydraulic and pneumatic assemblies and systems to meet operational specifications and tolerances.
- Verify dimensions and clearances of parts to ensure conformance to specifications, using precision measuring instruments.

- Minimum 2 years related experience is required

- Ability to locate and identify malfunctions or defections in equipment or apparatus and to make repairs.
- Ability to plan and supervise the work and instruct subordinate technicians and subordinates.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all team members.
